Scopos LLC is pleased to announce the release of Orion Scoring System version 2.24.1.3 and Athena version 1.11.14, a free and recommended upgrade for all customers. This release reflects our continued commitment to enhancing the shooting sports experience—especially in the presentation and management of Finals, an increasingly important component of competitive shooting. Many of the new features and improvements were inspired directly by customer feedback, and we’re proud to deliver tools that better serve your needs.
Highlights in Orion 2.24.1.3 include the ability to run multiple equipment-based Finals simultaneously (each requiring its own Spectator Display), export Result Lists to Excel, and manually import individual shots via Excel files. We've also added new controls to the Range Control tab, improved VM Children match handling, and introduced safeguards like alerts for disabled backups. Athena 1.11.1.4 brings enhanced gap calculations and improved display of projected scores, along with several customer-reported bug fixes to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience.
Please note that starting with Orion release 2.22, Orion's installer may be downloaded from within Orion. You will no longer have to come to the website and login to download the installer package. Additionally, the current version of Athena will automatically be listed within the Athena Upgrade Form.
