Orion has hosted the Monthly Virtual Matches for a number of years. They are a fun, free, and easy way to compete each month, comparing your scores against other athletes and teams from across the globe. Have you ever wondered how your scores stack up against everyone else's not just in one month, but throughout the season? Scopos now lets you find out.

How Did Scopos Do This?

This past week Scopos migrated and upgraded its “Tournament” capability over to Rezults. If you are unfamiliar with Tournaments, they are a way to group similar matches together. Once matches are grouped you can start doing interesting things with the scores, like aggregate them, average them, or create reentry results.

To show off our new Tournaments we created 2025-2026 season Tournaments for each of the Monthly Virtual Matches. These seasonal Tournaments average participants scores across from August to now, as well as include a column for their high scores.

Tournaments long existed on the old orionresults.com website and was the last piece of result functionality to get migrated over to our modern Rezults platform. Soon we will make Tournaments generally available to all Orion for Clubs customers, giving you brand new ways to run your own leagues, practices, or qualification courses that span multiple matches.

Monthly Virtual Match Tournament Details

Scopos chose to define the Monthly Virtual Match Season as August to July. Which means, there are still three more matches in the current season and chances for athletes and teams to get listed or move up.

The season results average each participant’s top three scores with lower scores getting dropped. To be listed, you must have shot at least two month’s matches with your scores correctly linking.

The most reliable way to link an athlete’s scores across matches is with their Scopos Account. This is all the more reason to create your Scopos account today and link your scores every time you shoot. For those without Scopos accounts and for teams, the Display Name field is used to link scores. This is why it is important to consistently use the same Team Name.
