Release of Orion 2.21.2.3 and Athena 1.8.2.14

Scopos is pleased to announce the latest enhancement release with both Orion 2.21.2.3 and Athena 1.8.2.14 This release contains a number of bug fixes and enhancements, most importantly using projected scores to rank athletes and teams while the competition is ongoing.

This release is recommended for all Orion and Athena customers. Complete release notes are below.

Release of Orion Version 2.21.2.3

Added Support in Orion for:

  • Established using projected scores to rank athletes and teams while the competition is ongoing.
  • Automated the setting of the result list status.
  • Implemented the Reconfigurable Rulebook definition standard for Ranking Rules, for use in online results and Spectator Displays.
  • Reduced the size of the Result List data packet by removing deprecated properties.

Bug Fixes Since Orion Version 2.20.7:

  • Fixed issue that prevented Orion from responding to squadding list and result list requests.
  • Fixed issue that was preventing Orion sending Result Lists to Spectator Displays when the Result List was too large for IoT.
  • Fixed issue that was preventing Orion from sending Result Lists to the Rest API when the Result List was too large.

Release of Athena Version 1.8.2.14

Added Support in Athena for:

  • Implemented the Reconfigurable Rulebook definition standard for Result List Formats for use in the Spectator Displays.

Bug fixes in Athena since 1.7.7

  • Fixed Range Timer thread leak.
