Week 4 of the New Shooter League saw a handful of mixups in the top spots, and the points spread of the top 10 increased a bit from the 1 point or less spreads we saw last week. A number of the top 10 still remain undefeated.
In week 4 of the Air Pistol League, many teams had a bye week, with only 2 matches taking place. First place has switched up once again while the previous team slipped into 2nd place during their bye week. This League is anyone’s game.

Eldorado NJROTC remains undefeated still after week 4, having ousted Mountain Home NJROTC. Eldorado has been consistently improving their score each game. In the New Shooter League, it isn’t just about competition success but also participation and improvement. As such every team has a chance to earn medals at the end of the League.
C.T. Johnson AJROTC celebrated a week 4 win after outperforming John F. Kennedy AJROTC. C.T. Johnson is another team who have consistently improved their score in each game. This week, C.T. Johnson will face off against Pueblo County AJROTC for their 3rd fellow AJROTC matchup in a row.
Saint Thomas Academy stepped up into 2nd place after defeating Vilseck AJROTC in week 4. They have been steadily trending upwards in the ranks this season and now sit only behind Jack C. Hays MCJROTC. Interestingly, Saint Thomas Academy is the only team in the New Shooter League with 4 undefeated wins so far.
In their 3rd match of the season, NoVA Sharpshooters defeated Trigger Time 4-H Shooting Education Club, taking back the first place spot of the Air Pistol League from Lafayette Gun Club. This week, NoVA Sharpshooters will face off against Palmyra Sportsman’s Association. Lafayette Gun Club will come back from their bye to face Michigan Distinguished Rifle and Pistol Club.
