The National Air Rifle League is designed to allow teams of near-equal skill levels to compete against each other. This applies both to the top teams in the league and the teams developing their skills. The Elite division in the Sporter League is especially designated for developing teams. This week, there is a compelling series of matches highlighting these developing teams. In the Air Force JROTC Elite division there are four teams, averaging within 30 points of each other. Clark AFJROTC (2 - 1) competes against Bellevue West AFJROTC (0 - 3), and Waller AFJROTC (0 - 4) competes against Wayne AFJROTC (1 - 3). The outcome of these games will go a long way in the final divisional standings.
