The Orion 10m Air Rifle Basic Marksmanship Course Target (BMC) is commonly used for training new and inexperienced rifle athletes. It has larger than normal scoring rings to provide positive feedback for new shooters. JROTC programs often use the BMC target for marksmanship training and qualification.
